ban vote for players

its a plug-ins you put as normal say /voteban and the player select the guy them put the reason or what the guys its doing and make a vote for all the player need to vote and the server calculate the % the most % have take the action...
Example:

say /voteban
select Omen
reason for be owner of the server
the guy gonna be ban permanently are you sure you want this yes
the percent was 25% no and 75% yes
OMEN its banned permanently

that is how the plug-in works....
